Rent or Sublease a Room or Apartment
Need a place to rent or an apartment to share? As a service to our tenants, who would like to add roommates for the Fall, Davisville Management Company is collecting contact information from people looking to live in one of our upscale off-campus apartment communities. Complete the information below and we can help you connect with apartment renters who have asked for assistance in replacing roommates who have decided to live at home.
In response to the COVID impact on UC Davis operations, our latest information is that UC Davis intends to have small labs and other classes at the discretion of the individual professors. The professors have the option of outdoor instruction under tent-like structures on campus or virtual instruction for lecture hall classes to supplement on-campus classes.
What this mean is that, as a UC Davis student, you will need to find a place to live to attend the University of California at Davis.
Many students may have been unsure of their plans for college during this COVID crisis and had many questions. Will colleges be open? Will there only be distance learning? Do I really want to commit to a one-year lease if I don’t know if there will be school?
As a result, students may have opted not to look for or secure housing for the upcoming UC Davis academic school year. Now that you know school is in session, this puts you in a spot. You may not have a place to stay…just yet.
Davisville Management Company is looking to help you find an apartment to rent, or at least an apartment to share.
As a service to our tenants, who would like to add roommates for the Fall, we are collecting contact information from people looking to live in one of our upscale off-campus apartment communities. We will forward your contact information to apartment renters who have asked for assistance in replacing roommates who have decided to live at home.
We emphasize that your contact information will be forwarded to apartments renters who that have asked for assistance.
This is a unique opportunity to get into the apartments that are in high demand and rent up fast every year because they have better location, better amenities, and a lower cost per person.
At Davisville Management Company, we rent apartments at rental rates far less than other complexes that use the “rent the room model”. Renting an apartment without the “rent the room model” has the added benefit of being able to choose who you live with.
All our apartment communities, Aggie Square Apartments, Almondwood Apartments, and Fountain Circle Townhomes, offer free parking, free water, sewer, garbage and have no charges for using amenities.
They are in great Davis locations. Aggie Square Apartments is located across the street from Anderson Plaza Shopping Center. Almondwood Apartments and Fountain Circle Townhomes are both located across the street from the Market Place Shopping Center.
All our communities have clubhouses, business centers with computers and printers, BBQs, pools, spas, on-site laundry, and fitness rooms. Our apartment rentals have central heating and air conditioning with anti-virus HVAC filters.
In addition to these great amenities, all of our apartment complexes come with complementary 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bandwidth Wi-Fi connections with community fiber and bandwidth upgrades scheduled for the Fall.
