For UC Davis Students

There are a few features at our apartment complexes that are a benefit for UC Davis students.

Close to Campus – All three of our facilities are close to the UC Davis campus, this makes it easy to get to class in quick time.  Just over one mile away makes it an easy bike ride, or for some, a 15-minute walk.

Unitrans Bus Routes – All of our facilities sit on at least two UC Davis Unitrans bus routes. Aggie Square Apartments sits on three different Unitrans bus routes. Regardless of which apartment complex you choose to live, you can take a bus to either the Memorial Union station or the Silo station. You can view the routes and schedules for Unitrans online.

A spacious and modern workout room is available for tenants and an active UC Davis Aggie lifestyle. This is the workout room at Almondwood Apartments. Other facilities have similar equipment available for use.

For the Professional

All three of our apartment communities are within a mile of freeway access (Highway 113). Quick access to the freeway and Interstate shaves off valuable minutes from commuting times.
• Plenty of Off-street Parking – For those who commute, having a place to park your car when you return home is a must. With plenty of off-street parking, there is no need to circle the block looking for a place to park or planning your travel around parking availability.
