We are located on the South side of Alvarado Avenue between the Traffic Circle at Alvarado/Anderson and Sycamore Lane. Our rentals are located in North Davis just east of Highway 113 and North of West Covell Blvd. Almondwood Apatments shares the area with other apartment complexes and rental housing options making it popular with the students from UC Davis. A short bicycle ride gets you to the UC Davis campus in minutes.
